Stiftelsen Innsamlingskontrollen i Norge was created in 1991.
Innsamlingskontrollen i Norge joined CMW as result of their interest in collaborating internationally with other non-governmental monitoring organizations.
The organization shall safeguard the public’s interests by ensuring that collections for charitable and public purposes aimed at the general public are organized and carried out in a secure manner, and that the management of the funds is responsible. The organization shall carry out various information measures towards the public regarding both individual matters of public interest and the organization’s general work.
